Why Join our DBT Group?
DBT is a type of therapy that provides essential skills to effectively manage emotions. This influential approach was created by renowned psychologist Marsha Linehan and has been proven beneficial for those struggling with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or suicidal ideation, but it has also been adapted for other mental health problems that threaten a person's safety, relationships, work, and emotional well-being. It teaches inner strengths, strategies, and new ways of thinking to aid in coping with life's challenges.
At My Psychiatrist, we offer a highly engaging and effective DBT Group directed by a skilled professional who is committed to enabling clients to reach their full potential.
